A dated source pointer can be useful. Knowing what it still leaves unanswered matters just as much.
Three AI-authored procurement research examples for suppliers and estimators. These are dated source interpretations, not a live bid feed, current tender verification or engineering approval. Project approvals and purchasing can change after the cited records.

Ryan Circle: an air-valve pointer
Source vintage: October 9, 2026 bidding manual · Section 40 05 23 §2.05C · PDF page 770
The October 9, 2026 Ryan Circle bidding manual names A.R.I. USA and G.L. Lyons in Section 40 05 23, paragraph 2.05C, for combination air-release/vacuum-release valves. PDF page 770 (section page 5):
The clause concerns wastewater pump discharges and includes application-specific selection, a 40-pound weight limit and specified materials excluding cast iron. A general valve line card alone does not establish a compliant model. The chapter also requires shop drawings and an Engineer-approved valve schedule.
Supplier decision: check the actual duty, drawings, component responsibility within the complete station package, approval route and current documents before allocating estimating work. I have not verified valve quantities, a compliant model, current addenda or a remaining equipment purchase. This is a new reading of an older public record, not a newly observed project event or engineering approval.
Excerpt from the November 4 public field note · linked June 22 council presentation and municipal project page
Portsmouth’s Mechanic Street page is marked updated October 26, but its overview still describes a 2024 feasibility schedule. The linked June 22 council presentation forecasts final design in February–October 2027 and construction in February 2028–September 2029. The city lists a November 9 public input session.
Supplier action: track the design decisions, rather than treat the old overview as a verified current equipment tender. Later approvals, equipment selections and the actual purchasing window remain unverified. This is procurement research, not engineering certification.
This excerpt preserves the earlier note’s source reading. The listed future dates are source forecasts or announcements, not proof of later approvals, meeting occurrence or purchasing status. No fresh project check is claimed by this archive.
Source vintage: FY2027 budget adopted June 4, 2026 · evidence retained November 4 · CIP466 at 7 Penacook Street
Does an adopted capital budget establish an equipment purchase? Concord’s FY2027 budget, pages 420–421, separates $2,200,000 for influent screw pump #1 replacement, $400,000 for refurbishment of pumps #2 and #3, and $130,000 for SCADA upgrades: $2,730,000 for FY2027, July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027.
The capital resolution on pages 53–55 incorporates the FY2027 funding-source listing. Page 230 assigns CIP466 the same $2,730,000 under total and bond funding. Together these records support published capital appropriation and bond authorization. The separate $4,500,000 FY2035 program and $7,230,000 ten-year total are not additional current purchases.
Supplier decision: retain an authorized-capital watch item. Replacement, refurbishment and controls are different possible scopes. Establish the buyer, procurement packaging and remaining purchase before committing estimating work.
This is a new arrangement of evidence retained November 4, not a new project event or fresh status check. Issued debt, cash availability, designer appointment, contracts, equipment orders and remaining purchases have not been verified. Later amendments and expenditure records were not audited. No current tender assurance or engineering/legal approval is supplied.
